We send through a presentation with decoration ideas and installations to jointly decide the best way to reach your dream outcome.
Discussion of the palette, the floral design, the dress code in order to reach a fully customised celebration.
Provision of several ideas for welcome gifts and wedding favours.
We work directly with the client to determine customer’s vision and design the event - assistance to focus on the big picture in order to make the event memorable.
Wedding Stationery Design: wedding website to facilitate your guests on your destination, wedding invitation, and overall wedding stationery that matches the overall concept (escort cards, menus, tags etc)
EVENT PLANNING & VENDOR REFERRAL
Among a variety of vendors and trusted professionals we provide referrals for: calligraphers, entertainment, furniture rentals, typographers, parking options, beauty salons, special constructions or anything that might come up upon each event’s needs.
We take care of the guest list and make follow up calls till
the final head count that is provided in a list 15 days prior the event
to all the vendors involved.

ON SITE COORDINATION, OVERALL SETUP & CLEAR OUT
Development and distribution of the event planning agenda. Responsibility for soliciting bids from vendors - caterer, photographer, DJ, florist etc.
In charge of managing the individual components to ensure the event runs smoothly! We monitor all activities and attend to unforseen issues that might arise.
We make sure all the details are executed and that each vendor shows up on time and performs appropriately.
In charge of the next day clear out coordination and arrangement of any pending matters. 2 main coordinators are included for 300 attendants
